I’ve been with Colorado First Realty since 2021 and have rented from 2 of their properties. Everyone that I’ve interacted with including Lynn and Daniel have made the rental and renewal process so easy. They are honest, trustworthy, and quick to respond. As long as I’m renting in CO, I wouldn’t rent from anyone else
