Zero stars from me. My premium went up significantly on my homeowner's insurance policy, and I tried to call my agent in Colorado Springs to assist me in reducing my premium. Nobody answers the office phone. He doesn't answer his cell phone. He doesn't respond to text messages. He answered my email one time, told me he would review my policy when he had time and get back to me. That never happened, and he wouldn't respond to subsequent emails. Do not use this company. They do not call back, answer voicemails, emails, or even answer the door during normal business hours. I have yet to receive any proof of insurance, months in, and am now in violation of my lease for not being able to provide proof of renters insurance. I was told 3 different monthly payment amounts. If i had an option of no stars i would do that. Horrible, rude, incompetent people. 7 days straight left a message with no call back. Day 8 got a call back 6 hours later put me on hold and ended up hanging up on me. This is the most ridiculous company I've dealt with. I'm canceling everything I have with them asap. I'm going to filee business claims as well. These people have no business being in business.
This place sucks, they never return a call. and they never just answer. then they report things wrong on Auto insurance credit bureau. Now thanks to these people falsely reporting a No fault claim as an at fault claim. So now rates are rediculous for an accident My boyfriend never even was in, nor did file a claim. yet its now on his insurance reports!!
They never, "ANSWER THE PHONE". They never call you back when you leave a message, they never call you back when you finally get a hold of someone and they say that they'll call you back. This is during normal business hours if you're trying to reach someone after hours, good luck. Being this as it may, it's not my biggest issue when it comes to farm bureau insurance.
