Nothing but bad experiences at this place. They never answer their phones, or you're on hold forever, it took them MONTHS to get back to me on my contact lens trials and when I finally got a hold of them they said "oh we don't know if we ever ended up ordering those" then I had them mail me trials that didn't end up getting to me for another several weeks. I frankly don't think the office staff knows what they're doing.
Wow -- what a great optical store. The optician was very knowledgable with frames, fit and prescriptive options. Thank you for joining our Stapleton community!
