I was very happy with my experience at the Colorado Eye Institute. I received an initial appointment, went in for a routine eye exam. I had NO idea that my eyes had slowly been failing me. I was diagnosed with cataracts, in both eyes. I requested immediately being scheduled for surgery to correct my problem. Surprisingly the Eye Institute complied with my request. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly
I am a first time patient. I did all my paperwork on line so check in was very simple. The staff is very professional and friendly. It was easy to.make my appointment. I felt very welcome and treated with kindness. Highly recommend Colorado Eye Institute.
I have had problems with their scheduling. A follow up appointment was made for 12:15. My sister was there when this appointment was made and can confirm that this was the correct time. I got a text before the appointment confirming this time. When I showed up I was treated very coldly by the receptionist saying I missed my appointment and that their system said it was for 10:15.
