this “doctor” doesn’t use gloves and is touching my styes and all around my eye, second he tried to tell me he can’t remove them bcuz there isn’t enough area to remove, i told him that i’ve gotten them drained with less in them. he then gets mad and kicks me out. i get no paper work or nothing. the referral he “was going to give me” he changed his mind and said he didn’t know anyone. extremely unprofessional. we’re supposed to trust our doctors to give us the best care possible. this was the opposite.
Horrible! Walked out of office. Exam was short, nothing was explained fully and clearly and then dr left me sitting there to "think about " if i wanted him to inject my eyes and never came back into exam room. When I opened door to ask what was going on, he was rude and told me to close the door that he had other patients and took me before my appointment, which was not true.
I had a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience during my eye exam appointment today. Despite having a scheduled appointment, my time was completely disregarded as I was left waiting while the doctor rushed between multiple patients. Showing a total lack of attention, he dilated my eyes a second time without even examining them first, falsely claiming they weren't dilated—leaving me with blurred vision that took many frustrating hours to wear off. I have had mixed experiences with this place. My first visit I was charged over $300 to be seen. They told me the charge was what they thought insurance wouldn’t cover. Fast forward 2-3 months and I received a refund check for basically the entire charge because insurance covered most of it. Dr. Namavari himself is great. He explains things so the patient can understand. I feel he is thorough and takes his time. Now to address the main issue I have had with this office.
