I have been going for years but its went downhill recently. I ordered contacts after my March appointment. I got busy and expected a call back to come pick them up. Maybe I missed it so I came in to check at the beginning of May - THEY STILL DIDN'T HAVE MY CONTACTS! Nothing special, nothing fancy- been going there for years... But its the end of May & I haven't gotten my contacts (which I already paid money on). So will be going elsewhere from now on. Doctors are great but go elsewhere for contacts and glasses. I always am happy with my experiences at this office! Dr Egan is fantastic and the team in the eyeglass sales/service area are knowledgeable and helpful!
Had a great experience at Colorado Eye Center with Dr. Mackenzie Egan and Corey (I hope I’m spelling that right!). Dr. Egan was super patient and really took the time to listen to all my concerns about my eyesight and the need for progressive lenses. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Corey was also incredibly helpful when it came to picking out glasses. Very thorough, helpful, & understanding! I have never been treated so well by an eyeglasses place! My whole family is going to start going here! Edit: All 3 of us have now had appointments here, my son has had 2, & I couldn't be more satisfied! Bill was so patient, & took his time making sure my son got exactly what he needed & wanted!
