Absolutely fantastic experience with very knowledgeable staff and doctor. 6/26. Excellent customer service from all the staff. Corey assisted me with my order for my new glasses. He was very informative which helped me decide what would work best for my new prescription. Huge bonus he fixed my current crooked glasses.
I am so happy with the staff and Dr's here. They are all so kind and professional.
Hannah saved the day! I was on my way to work when a lens popped out of my glasses. Turns out I was missing a tiny screw in the frame. Having never been a patient at this location before, I was able to walk right in and Hannah had my glasses all fixed in about 2 minutes. THANK YOU!
Came back to the office to get copy of the prescription to take our business elsewhere only to be given an expired copy. Bill the manager only had excuses yet again. Office waiting area was empty and the doctors are leaving this practice.
I have been going for years but its went downhill recently. I ordered contacts after my March appointment. I got busy and expected a call back to come pick them up. Maybe I missed it so I came in to check at the beginning of May - THEY STILL DIDN'T HAVE MY CONTACTS! Nothing special, nothing fancy- been going there for years... But its the end of May & I haven't gotten my contacts (which I already paid money on). So will be going elsewhere from now on. Doctors are great but go elsewhere for contacts and glasses.
