After being patients here for several years, we will NEVER go back. The eye doctors are OK but the office and billing staff are the worst! When my daughters started needing contacts, the staff accidentally filed the insurance wrong. Upon receiving the charge I promptly made them aware of the error. I thought it had been taken care of and six months later those charges were sent to collections without so much as a warning letter or a phone call.
