After being patients here for several years, we will NEVER go back. The eye doctors are OK but the office and billing staff are the worst! When my daughters started needing contacts, the staff accidentally filed the insurance wrong. Upon receiving the charge I promptly made them aware of the error. I thought it had been taken care of and six months later those charges were sent to collections without so much as a warning letter or a phone call. Yesterday was my first time here and the staff was friendly fast and efficient. The lady who did my tests ... I think her name was Brianne (sorry if that’s wrong) she was friendly, funny, personable, and just cool! The eye Dr was great she answered my questions offered a few different solutions and you could tell she genuinely cared! The staff at the eye glass counter was friendly too. Even the guy who did the check out and pay was great. I am happy to call this my family’s new eye care center.

Dr. Spinozzi has provided consistently excellent guidance and support over my eight years as a patient. Regardless of the challenge, he and the staff come up with solutions. A family member has an unusual eye condition requiring additional expertise with managing the condition and contact lens options and fitting.
