So I had the pleasure of meeting Rudy today after the kitchen sink in my garden level condo just started backing up until the sink was full and dumping tons of drainage water all throughout my kitchen. Flooding the floor all the way to the surrounding carpet. Rudy came to snake out the pipe and found a black rag was lodged in there. He was pleasant and professional, and answered all my questions and concerns. Thank you Rudy. Great job!
