Struggling with severe hearing loss at an early age is not easy. My visits with Keryn have been incredible in my journey down this path. She listens to my odd descriptions of symptoms, verifies with her interpretations, and she makes adjustments to my hearing aids that are spot on for ever changing challenges. Did I mention she is always very friendly as well? I wouldn't imagine seeing anyone else in the Springs!
Great experience start to finish. I went to the WRONG location and they STILL saw me the same day! Didn't feel rushed, or stupid, for being Kate and going to the wrong location. Very professional and helpful throughout the testing process and offered patient education afterwards, which I gladly accepted. I feel like I was able to make an informed decision at the end of the appointment. Couldn't be happier to receive health care at this location from this individual.
Keryn is a wonderful professional and so easy to work with. She explained everything about my new hearing aids so thoroughly. I left feeling comfortable and confident.
Karen is a very caring person who goes out of her way to help her clients. I can’t say enough positive things about her in this short space.
