The staff was great, very welcoming and professional. Sarah did an amazing job on testing hearing and balance. Each new test she explained the process. Coached me on how to keep my eyes open. Explained why some of the tests you had to have goggles on sometimes you cold see other times completely dark to focus on a dot. And staying still eyes open! I had an appointment at Colorado ENT and overall it was a positive experience. The staff was professional and friendly, and check-in went smoothly. The provider took time to listen to my concerns, explained what was going on in a way I could understand, and answered my questions without making me feel rushed.
