Not a lot of wait time, tested a few things and sent me to wait in the waiting room instead of sitting in an exam room uncomfortably for a long time. Everyone took me seriously and explained things in layman's terms so I understood what was going on. I would recommend the office. Dr. Cichon was great as well, but he retires after today. Not sure who you would see instead.
He was very thuoall and concerned about my issues. I was very pleased with the treat my treatment he gave me.
Dr John.Cichon Absolutely spot on both he and his assistant . After many years of experience with needing to be seen by an ENT I felt blessed to be a patient of Dr.Cichon. The whole team were excellent My hearing test was preformed by a very nice and professional tech on time . I came in the door front desk person was very efficient busy, but polite everyone worked in a timely manner the MA was so polite I can't say thank you enough.How grateful I am I feel as though perhaps I'll get to the bottom of my life long.terrible si... read more
