Dr. Galloway was great! I went in not really knowing what to expect, but he was very clear and answered any questions I had. The appointment was fast, but I left feeling like all of my concerns were heard and addressed appropriately. I didn't feel like just another patient on the schedule, but an actual person that he wanted to help. It was very refreshing!
Very thorough and knowledgeable. Besides diagnosis and very good treatment, Dr Galloway has created info on the patient portal for home tips for several common problems which I will use.
I was able to get an appointment in just 3 days and the customer service was great the entire time. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful .doctor Galloway's bedside manner was exceptional,he truly listened to me and made the visit comfortable I highly recommend Colorado ENT based on my experience
