I had heard great things about the providers, which is why I got a referral from my PCP. Unfortunately, my experience with scheduling was extremely disappointing. The office received my referral, and I left multiple voicemails. The voicemail message stated that patients would receive a callback within five business days, but I never heard back. Absolutely no follow up on test results. You will be ignored here. Im currently looking for a new doctor. Front desk people are rude
I was referred to this office by my primary care for dealing with two autoimmune diseases and was hoping to get help in navigating my health and balancing out my labs. I have had to undergo two massive foot surgeries and have had a tough time healing from both. I have been seeing Melissa Vansickle more recently and have been expressing that I feel my labs are too out of whack to heal and that my symptoms are not getting better.
