Owner and his wife assaulted me and my fiancé on 12/5/24. We were visting from out of state and mistakenly parked our truck in spot that was on his business part of the parking lot. After making a quick stop in the establishment next door i was approached by the owner of this store and very aggressively was asked to moved my truck. I stated I was from out state and would move it, he continued to follow me to my truck continually raising his voice and demanding I move my vehicle. My friend Matthew R Stevens visited this store after building up nerve after his last disastrous visit to another store. The store was very happy to help him after he was trying to get adaptors for his favorite toy to his sawzall. The store was very helpfull and tolerant of his sometimes bewildering requests.
Rich couldn’t have been more helpful and nice. This is a GREAT store. He doesn’t have the part I am looking for but he spent time looking it up online and is going to see if he can get it from one of his vendors.
