Got on my bike this morning and turned it on only for it to throw and error code at me. Briefly thought about looking up the code on-line before quickly realizing that there were already people in my corner dedicated to resolving the issue for me. The guys that have been taking care of me and my family from the very beginning, Colorado Electric Bikes. I have worked with at least 4 different people in this shop while eventually buying 3 bikes from them over the years. I can report that every time I visit to test drive they are very attentive, even on a busy Saturday. They allow you to test drive multiple bikes multiple times. They are also very good on their warranty work and helping you get parts if needed. Scott even taught me how to properly clean my shocks and let me video it so I wouldn’t forget. I am vertically challenged. I was able to find my perfect size E bike here and the nicest service people you’ll ever meet. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with the bike, and that it fit me! All with big smiles on their faces! I wouldn’t buy an E bike from anybody else and they have a huge selection. Take a test drive and see for yourself!
