We were extremely happy with Colorado Duct Cleaning. Kim, the owner, is the one who does the work. He is extremely professional and really cared about our home. He did a thorough job and is willing to spend as much time as it takes to 'do it right'! He also has a camera that he uses for clients who want to see the inside of their ducts before and/or after the cleaning. He gave an initial estimate over the phone. Kim did an amazing job and has integrity for the job he does. Highly recommended.
My experience with CDC was excellent. Communication was good...Kim was a little late for our appointment but called and followed up proactively. He was thorough and made sure everything was good before he started. The quote he provided me over the phone was actually higher once he arrived onsite and he adjusted it based upon his review and it came in lower.
