Very grateful to the staff today— Laura is a gem. The team was very accommodating and understanding considering my circumstances. Happy they took the time to provide me guidance and assistance.
They screwed up my motorcycle license over a year ago. After redoing the entire motorcycle test and returning when they said I should to make it right, they made me wait 45 minutes just to send me away and saying it was too busy for a mistake that they made. Scheduled an appointment and am 2 months out for a license I should have had 1 year and 250 dollars ago
Honestly, not bad. Everyone expects the DMV to be awful. But in this small town, the DMV is not really like that. The workers are clearly frustrated with the things they have to say to certain people, most of the day. That's what makes the DMV awful.. not the workers. They are a byproduct LOL. Everyone was great, at this location. But I didnt have a dumb question, so? Would totally go back, and not absolutely dread it. Come prepared with your stuff, though.
