Yet another complex phone menu to waste my time to tell me no new information. If you "Strive to provide excellent customer service" as your phone menu says you wouldn't have me spend so long navigating through the menus only to hang up on me.
Check in was smooth, but I was denied my license after I waited nearly 2 months for my appointment because I had my official smaller birth certificate and not the 5x7 version. Extremely frustrating and outdated method of getting a license. I had all other paperwork, and drove 30 miles just to get there at 8:00am. First time I went I was denied because most of the county doesn’t have mail boxes so having multiple forms of proof of address is difficult to acquire.
42 days I have been working with them to find my license and not one time has a real solution been attempted.
