So I recently had moved to a different state from Montana and I got told from someone who was working there that I need a proof of ID and social security number and 2 pieces of mail and that was it. I called today and they were extremely rude they told me that I have to have my birth certificate with me but I can't get my ID switched over until I get my birth certificate so I'm guessing I'm screwed.
