I ordered a new Shimano Ultegra group from Colorado Cyclist. The website said that the RD-R8000 SS rear derailleur would work with a 30 tooth cassette. I put the derailleur on the bike but it did not work with the 30 tooth cassette and a 52-36 crank. I needed the long cage derailleur to work with the 30 tooth cassette in this setup. SLOW SHIPPING, RUNAROUND CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED! Ordered an ENVE stem on a Sunday, here it is Friday and the USPS still hasn't received the package. How does it take so long to mail an 8oz item? I email and call them to no solution. Nobody ever answers their phones or returns a message.
