NOT recommended I had a very bad experience living here. You can find bigger, more professional apartments in Denton for the same price as these. Colorado Court is NOT worth the amount of money that you pay.
Loved it here! The apartment complex had no amenities at the time, but for the price it was very nice. The apartments were split up into 4 to a building, and were all inside. Your doors were inside of a main lobby area, so you didn't have to fiddle outside in the rain for your keys or anything. The area was pretty safe and had easy access to 35 as well.
Don't do it . . . not worth your money This apartment complex was fine until new management took over. When my lease was up for renewal, it skyrocketed from 50-100 depending upon whether or not I stayed 6 or 12 months. I no longer feel secure and the area is getting worse as there are constant sirens passing throughout the day and night. I wouldn't suggest renting here as you can find a much better and cheaper place that has washer and dryer connections inside of the apartments. Here, they have washer/dryers in each quadrant... read more

The manager is impossible to deal with and has refused to give us her superiors information (which is illegal) 3 times. If you live here be prepared to possibly have your apartment broken into, have extremely high energy bills (because everything is so old), hear your neighbors snoring (walking, talking, basically everything), and not receive your deposit because they fabricate things and charge you for normal wear and t... read more
