You take the fall for their mess up. We had an appt for our 4-year-old as a follow up. My husband arrived at 10:59 am thinking our appt was at 11 but apparently it was for 10:50. We never received a reminder text or call of the time because they inputted our numbers wrong into their system. They refused to take my daughter because their waiting room was full of people already behind on their appts. My daughter was hysterically upset. We will be taking our business to another provider.
Couldn’t find a better place to help with eye misalignment. Everyone on staff is professional and caring. I am so thankful to Dr. Bardorf and all involved in my care!
