This place is horrible! When I asked respectful & appropriate questions about the recommended procedure, the doctor yelled at me and told me to "get out". I told him that I needed to pay and he said, "you don't owe anything, just leave if you aren't going to follow my instructions". I heard nothing after that, except, I read reviews from other patients that experienced the same aggressive tone and behavior from the doctor. Now, YEARS LATER, YEARS...they are billing me! Do not use this service if you are on medicare. A colonoscopy should be $0 if on medicare. They charge you an additional $345.00 that you are expected to pay. I have contacted medicare twice on this doctor (Dr. Jensen) and they confirmed this should be at $0 cost… Dr Jensen's group is going to send me to collections if I don't pay up.. Very bad experience. DO NOT USE….
