If you ask anyone for advice on where to find a therapist, they say go to "psychology today"! On that website I found a provider and a phone number. Of course that phone number doesn't lead to the provider it leads to this place. Upon going through their automated system I find out they only do new patient intake online. Could have skipped a step, but no, they needed to waste more time. Then I go to fill out a new patient form and the website crashes. Apparently no one here wants me to talk to the . Sadly dr Wentz as a doctor would not help me. I have a couple issues but he declined to help me. Even though he's a doctor. Are you not supposed to help a patient? I'm just confused. So then therefore what kind of patients do you help? It's certainly not everyone. You must not need new patients. Complete waisting of my time and yours to talk, have an appointment , and tell you all about me only to say oh I can't help. Sorry. Doesn't make sense.

I saw Jeffrey Wentz after tirelessly trying to find a doctor who would actually listen to my issues. I knew what I needed but almost every doctor I saw disregarded the actual problem and tried to solve my issues with medication that I knew wouldn’t work for me (and it didn’t). But Dr. Wentz actually listened to me and validated my concerns. He and his staff was also so quick to help with some pharmacy and insurance issues. Why is 0 stars not an option on Google yet? I recently reached out to this place desperately searching for a qualified, local psychiatrist that could help me with my worsening mental health. I filled out their new patient documents and had an appointment scheduled, only to have said psychiatrist (Jeffrey Wentz) essentially leave me a breakup message via voicemail later that day which...I'm still processing.
