I waited three weeks for an appointment with the psychiatric nurse only for it to be canceled the day of because she's leaving the practice. There should be far more notice than this and it's unfair to patients going through mental health issues to make them wait this long, fill out hours of evaluation paperwork, and then cancel abruptly
