I’ve never written a review like this before, but I feel it’s important to warn others. I’ve been renting at one of golden brokers properties since May 2025 and have dealt with ongoing problems that still aren’t resolved. There have been repeated rodent and heating issues, and even after pest control came, I continued finding droppings in my unit weeks later.
