I had the windshield replaced on my Subaru Outback. They cracked the glass the first time they installed it and had to come back to replace it again. Unfortunately, it cracked again spontaneously while sitting in my garage. They have not responded to my call, text, or email. I can only assume that they are trying to avoid honoring their guarantee. Unfortunately, after my experience, I cannot recommend this company based on their quality of work and integrity.
Didn't seal my windshield properly and two years later my windshield leaks when it rains. Work order says they have a "lifetime warranty on workmanship of EACH service provided" but when I called to get it fixed they completely ignored me. It's been three weeks and numerous ignored calls.
They did a great job, came when expected, made sure that the work was completed properly.
