Rachel is an excellent massage therapist who uses many different modalities. Comfortable and relaxing environment include a sweet dog who does an amazing penguin imitation.

I had a WONDERFUL massage with Erica! I was looking for a therapeutic massage to help relieve pain in my shoulder and neck area. Erica had very firm pressure, which is what I was looking for! She gave a perfect deep tissue massage! I could tell that she knew what she was doing as she targeted my knotted areas without me specifically pointing them out. Even one day later I felt relief and much better. I will most definitely be a returning customer to Colorado Body Wisdom!
