terrible experience. there was no transparency with costs, i felt like i was being overcharged, which is always a concern when you're unfamiliar with pricing. roger was unpleasant and even pressured me into their membership, which sadly cost me more money. i regret choosing this company.

The office team showed proficiency and attention to detail. Our plumber, Zachary, was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain things clearly. colorado best plumbing dispatched roger and dale to swap out the primary water control at my mother's property in centennial, which we were preparing for sale. they carried out a fantastic job and demonstrated utmost professionalism. i'm planning to contact them again to arrange a fix on a bathtub valve that needs replacement. these guys are reliable and their rates are fair.

dale was on hand and gave me a quote before starting the job. He used shoe protectors due to the snowy weather and ensured the floor where he was working was well protected. Initially, getting through to Colorado Best Plumbing was a bit challenging because it seemed like a remote worker was directing calls. But once Camden, a local from Centennial, started handling the calls, everything went smoothly.
