If there were negative stars I would do negative 600 for the fact that not only did I have to pay $600 for my Suzuki boulevard to literally get taken a part again, lack of communication, and absolutely the worst customer service and business etiquette but I would also pick my Boulevard up that had melted wires from a fire that he had started in his shop and said only caused smoke damage to my Boulevard so if you want to get burned, go get burned twice at this fire starting, bike melting, wanna be mechanic. Really hoping that Mike is okay at this point. His phone goes on and then off... We have had bad experience in the past with motorcycle shops, so I am praying that he's not screwing us over. Just communication is key, and I really don't want to have to come over to see what's going on.

I have used Back Alley twice and I have always been very impressed with Mike and his knowledge of bikes. Always takes care of his customers and very understanding and patient, with customers.

Michael worked on my Suzuki Intruder 800, I got lucky and had my bike in the week after I called him for re jet and tune-up and got it back after a month after a few delays for part orders. He kept me informed throughout the process and the price was reasonable. Michael was also willing to do a couple adjustments after the initial tune-up on a walk-in. Also the courtesy sidecar ride for pickup was 10/10 outstanding!

Dropped of my motorcycle in May 2021 was told that it would be a 2 month turnaround. However, i started to attempt contact with him at the 3 month mark as it was overdue at this point. He made no attempt to respond to my messages until i threatened police involvement as it seemed he had stolen my property.
