If you took tennis lessons from Wendy detrimentally relying on their advertisement that she graduated from the University of Miami, you all may win because she did not graduate. Outdated and no customer service, good luck trying to cancel because they will ignore your request and continue to charge your account. I have had to file them as fraudulent charges with my bank to keep them from getting their money even after I cancelled. Poor facilities and even worse customer service, CAC Inverness is the worst I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY from this disaster! One star only because 0 wasn't an option.
Wellbridge has some outstanding personal trainers. Sadly, the facility itself, which is chronically without hands-on management, fails on many levels. In the hottest months of the year, for the last two years, the gym has been unable to consistently provide air conditioning, or even air circulation, in the aerobic-exercise area that contains treadmills and stationary bikes. $100 for an average gym, who also cons you into agreeing to a 3 month membership without mentioning this verbally. Sales reps are liars and their overall business is scummy.
