RecommendedI have been a member for 12 or more years, and the new club is going to be just great. Had a little taste on Friday with Matt Trimarke in a group session. The new equipment is state of the art, so much more than weights! Yoga, kettle bell, Pilates, and so many more classes! Personal training one-on-one or in groups, maybe even some cross-training. I’m a member and have been for years. They keep increasing our dues but are really bad at maintaining their equipment.
Horrible customer service! We came all the way from Denmark to visit and went there with a friend to the pool. Womderful facilities, the most HORRIBLE customer service. Our friend is a member and she forgot her 3 day pass and was asked to pay for the guests and we could not borrow goggles even though staff from cafe said they have plenty and before people were able to borrow.
