RecommendedI live in the burbs, and work Downtown. my work encourages us to stay healthy, and partnered with CAC Union Station for a great rate. love the facility and the instructive classes. My favorite by far is Cardio Yoga and Barre. love the intructor Silk! she is so fun and her 7am Cardio Yoga is my go to when I want to start the day STRONG! Hope they keep her and her classes growing.
