Colorado Association Services (Associa) took over as management and did not communicate the change. They then imposed late fees and interest on my community dues. It's been over a month since I first started reaching out to get the fees waived. They have been completely unresponsive.
I’m a disabled veteran living in the Johnstown Center HOA, and the treatment I’ve received has been unacceptable. I was issued a violation for “trash cans visible” on trash day, while my garage door was open and I was literally standing in the garage. After that, I formally requested their policies and reasonable disability accommodations. Instead of responding, they closed my request without any explanation. I'm a property owner and on the HOA board. Associa has been an excellent Property Management company to work with. Stacie Jo, our current account manager, is friendly, always responsive and follows through on actions. We have a very good partnership with the Associa team
