RecommendedMy wife has had excellent service from CEI (exams, lenses/glasses). MY ‘service’ has been excellent but in a different need. I asked CEI, using an outdated pair of golf classes, to make new lenses for me. I wanted the L lens to be distance only, and the R to be distance with the addition of a small ‘reading lens’ in the lower R corner. May be difficult to imagine but ... RecommendedI have seen Dr. “Krivo” Krivochenitser for several months regarding an eye issue that I have been having for several years, and he’s been great, very attentive in my treatment. Dr. Krivo is very professional and a great advocate for me as the patient. Very professional office that helps with scheduling as a patient resource. I couldn’t be happier with my care. I recommend this office and Dr. Krivo.

RecommendedDr. Lee has been my ophthalmologist for almost 10 years. I tell him I am a pusillanimous patient so I need a lot of reassurance about procedures he recommends for treatment. He takes the time to calm my fears and reassure me.

RecommendedThe customer service was exceptional and exam was very thorough. Kenni and Kendra were very professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions and provide a very complete exam.
They over charged me on my co payment by 30 dollars. when told about it, they justified it. I feel robbed. They co-payment was 20 dollars and they charged me 50 dollars. When confronted, they justified it. I have proof they over charged me and they don't care. Enjoy the extra 30 dollars because I'm not coming back.
RecommendedLast week I traveled from Michigan to Colorado to see Dr. Krivochenitser, it was the best decision I ever made and would do it again. He is an Amazing doctor that sits down and takes the time to listen to your symptoms and discuss treatment options. After seeing other doctors, I was feeling very upset and discouraged. Dr. Krivo addressed all the issues I was having. I feel so much better after seeing him. There is no one I trust more than him with my eyes. Of course there are not enough stars to rate him.

He explains options, recommendations, and procedures well and takes whatever time is necessary to answer questions. He is very encouraging and cares about the patient.
