Jaelynn is a great stylist!
This store is unprofessional. Once getting there and agreeing on a balayage and the colors of it we got to work. It wasn't untill my hair was dry did I see that it wasn't what I wanted. The color difference in my hair was pretty unnoticeable. I want to mention that I have gotten a balayage before and basically asked for the same one. It could have been a communication issue since no swatch book was shown until after, and maybe I didn't specify what I wanted enough; however, that wasn't the problem.
