Owner needs to know they are terribly staffed – I spoke on the phone to make an appoint with Chali M. and explained to her that I needed my partial highlighted cover up to my natural color of Auburn. When I came in to the studio, my hair was wet, she stated without blow drying my hair to evaluate the true color that my hair was medium-brown and we went back and forth debating on the color.
