My son is a Marine, I visit quite often. I stay across the street and get my nails done once here on every trip. This trip will be my last to this nail salon. My color is absolutely terrible, it looked great when I left, I chose the Jelly Color, it streaked and looked awful the next day. I called and let them know, she told me to go back and they would fix them, I had a flight to catch and just wanted a refund, she said no refunds. Clean, friendly, skilled artisans.
Horrible customer service. Arrived at 9:30 when they opened, requested a pedi and fill in. Woman that sits in first table near the register sent me to a man for the pedi. She just sat unoccupied. When I was finished with the pedi I waited over an HOUR for my nails and they just kept taking others first. I expressed my frustration and asked to check out I was told they could take me “right now” was sat a station to wait some more.
