I was cut with the pumice stone ( so badly I bled through the towel) and nicked with the cuticle removal. I really was disappointed that I was still expected to pay the regular cost. All I got was a “ sorry”

Had nails and a pedicure done, neither person mentioned their name, gave a card or tried to promote themselves in any way to encourage a return visit. Didn't like the nails at all, wasn't offered options, glue on tips are too small and never fit my nails, they were shaped badly, filed off a ton of my natural nail instead of doing forms takes a long time to grow that out, also lifted within the week. Unfriendly staff with no communication regarding the service started and finished a basic 30 minute pedicure in 10 minutes. The wait time was long, even with a scheduled appointment. Would not recommend this nail salon. Nail techs need more training in customer service and in their offered services.

Got the #1 pedicure and it was relaxing and surprisingly quick! They made sure we liked our colors before moving forward and were gentle on the feet. Would definitely come back here again!
