First off, during my appointment the technician kept leaving to be on his phone. He spent more time on his phone than he did doing my nails. I wanted more natural looking nails, not extremely thick. Then during my pedicure the technician told the owner he needed to leave and to just paint my toes. I asked the owner why I was not getting the massage I paid for. If you’re looking for the absolute best pedicure, go see Linda! She does an incredible job every single time—so attentive, gentle, and thorough. My feet always look and feel amazing when she’s finished. I wouldn't go to anyone else!

I asked to have my gel manicure (that I had applied at this location twice before in the last 5 weeks) removed and just wanted a regular polish manicure. The woman who removed the gel was extremely rough with my nails and drilled to the point that it physically burned my natural nail underneath. I told her it burns and she was upset that I even spoke to her. She then ripped the gel off my nail with her own fingernails. At this point I wanted to go because it hurt so bad. Visited for the first time today and had a great experience. There are tons of pedicure chairs and it is very clean. The decor is welcoming and soft music very relaxing. We were welcomed in to the chair immediately - which is a big plus. Many other salons, even with an appointment booked before hand - end up making their customers wait around until they finish up other services We were offered a soda or water right after sitting down.
