I’ve been coming here for about 2 years, but after the last few visits, I am officially done. The service has gotten worse and worse, and this last experience was my last straw. The pedicure felt extremely rushed. It probably took 10 minutes total. The exfoliating scrub she put on my legs wasn’t even rubbed in. She literally just put it on and washed it right off. been going here for over two years now and it’s taken me wayyy too long to write this review. i cannot recommend this place enough i’ve sent so many people here because of how amazing they are! the prices are incredible, quality never disappoints, and the staff are so nice. i get gel and designs every time and they take off my old polish and i usually end up paying $55 before tip. i always ask for a design and they will always do it for me and take their time color matching everything exactly according to the reference. the ... read more
Will never return. Awful experience in every single way. Bad atmosphere. Wait time was 45 minutes past my appointment time. Product was spilled onto my shoes and the technician didn’t even notice until I pointed it out. Pedicure took a total of 15 minutes, also wasn’t given the services I booked for (callus remover). Do not come here!
