I have been three times and have had positive experiences with staff, painting, and pickup. The last time we went was to get my babies hand print on a mug. It went smoothly until I got home. After washing the mug tons of small cracks in the top glaze were revealed. I'm a bit upset because I can't remake it since my baby is no longer 3 months old but the staff didn't say anything on pickup about the damage. Extremely disappointing experience due to rude and unprofessional staff. I visited Color Me Mine San Jose today with my mom, and unfortunately our experience was ruined by the woman working at the front counter (red hair, glasses, tattoo behind her left ear). • Condescending from the moment we walked in. My cousin and I decided to do a walk-in at Color Me Mine around 2:45pm. It was my first time visiting, so I wasn’t familiar with the process.
