My experience began with a thorough consultation with Sai, who walked me through every possible option available, (including doing nothing at all). I wanted to “go gray.” We decided on a plan. On the day of my service, she made me comfortable with a quick review of our plan and she began. I had complete trust; she was an expert of her craft! At the end of the process, I was so pleased, my hair looked great! It was natural looking with no defining gray roots. I couldn’t be happier!

BEWARE! They have liability release contracts that you must sign that they don't disclose until AFTER you've scheduled and paid a deposit. If you won't sign, they won't refund your deposit. What a SCAM! Don't sign away your rights that the US and State of California give you. Go elsewhere.
