I have been going to this salon for over 7 years and I always leave looking amazing. I can't recommend this place, or Clinton, enough!
Only writing this to possibly help someone else. The staff was super nice, but they absolutely demolished my hair. I came in for a toner. I have 3c/4a color treated hair. I wasn’t having any issues with the health of my hair, but I think they used the wrong developer or method on my hair (olaplex clarifying shampoo under the drier for 30 minutes , then toner under the drier for another 30). I was really in a bind with my hair and was able to get a last minute appointment with Clinten!! He was so friendly and generous and rescued my failed DIY bleach job. Provided me snacks and drinks and a free blow out as well! I'll definitely be back again!!
I had by far the best experience at ColorLab! I booked a root to tip color with Monique, and it was genuinely the first time I have ever actually liked (in this case, loved) the color I got! Monique was perfect - she asked questions to determine what I wanted + didn't want, gave great advice, and gave me exactly what I wanted! Christian also helped with finishing touches after Monique finished my color, and was so lovely.
