I got my hair done here and was extremely disappointed with the service. I have 4b hair that reaches my back when straightened, and the stylist handling my hair was incredibly rough and unprofessional throughout the entire process. To start, she attempted to detangle my hair using a rat tail comb, which is completely inappropriate for my hair type and very painful. I've been a customer here for a long time and I've been a victim of increased prices at the last minute. I've gone here to get a trim and to get my hair done and the start price is around 40 dollars and I was told I had to pay 70 for just a wash, blowout, and trim. My daughter has also gone to get her hair braided a few times and the braid prices have constantly risen by amounts that were not agreed upon because there were told to us at checkout. I have been getting my hair done at this salon for years, especially when it was called Tino's Unisex Hair Salon. I just went there this passed weekend to get my hair done for a party that I went and the service that I had received was superb. I love what they did with my hair and so did a lot of the people who were at the party.
