I stopped going here years ago because of customer service decline. Lady at the desk was Rude and condescending right from hello. Today’s experience reminded me why we don’t go here.
After renovating my house, I was going to replace 1 front and 2 breezeway doors, instead I went back to the Color House on Reservoir Ave in Cranston, RI to get paint and repaint them, and they now look like brand new with an OFF BLACK instead of the Venezuelan sea color I used more than 15 years ago. Great selection of colors to choose, and as always, unmatched quality.
Purchased paint from this location on March 7th. The color was Santorini blue. We were told a popular color. The lady working asked me what size room we were painting. I had to guess off the top of my head. Salesperson told us we would definitely need two gallons of paint. I only wanted to purchase one gallon and see, but she insisted we would need two gallons.
