I went to color factory to get a blonde balayage on my brown highlighted hair and after 3 1/2 hrs with Kali my hair was almost black!! I kid you not! Kali decided my hair wasn’t healthy enough for bleach, which proved to be wrong because 2 weeks later I was able to get it bleached. So instead of bleach she said she would put a toner on my hair to cool down some of the warmth in my blonde highlights. The first toner she put on my hair turned my hair red!! Skye did a wonderful job on my daughter’s hair. She showed her a picture of what color purple she wanted and she got the exact color. She has received a lot of compliments on her hair. We will definitely be coming back. The atmosphere of the hair salon is also very cool!
I am getting my haircut at Color Factory, and I am very happy with the quality of service. Located next to downtown, sparkly clean, friendly without imposing, very punctual. They are more expensive than big chain places, but much more consistent in what they do, so I keep coming back.
