Denny's response to Brian. Color Crete has been in business for 32 years with a history of satisfied customers. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. This negative review is the first in our 32 year history. We worked with this customer for several weeks to resolve their issues, but they would not accept any remedy. Some of their remarks in their review are completely false. No where in their review did they mention the many attempts to satisfy them. They get a 1 star customer rating from me.

The whole experience was a literal NIGHTMARE, before we get to the worst part I will preface with all the damage that was done to our property by Color Crete owned by Denny Hazelton when they came to install concrete countertops. They left our floors a muddy mess, scratched multiple pieces of our backsplash, scratched our stove & sprayed permanent ink all over our freshly painted cabinets.
