I can’t recommend Marcela enough! Every time she works on my hair, the results are gorgeous and exactly what I hoped for. Marcela is also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, which makes every appointment a great experience. And her rates are so reasonable for the amazing quality she delivers. I went to Marcela for a haircut and highlights. My hair is very thick and damaged, with patches of different colors, but she was able to fix the color and add beautiful new highlights. It’s always been hard for me to find the perfect person for my hair, and I think I’ve finally found someone who truly understands it! I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be going back.
Marcela did not honor a Groupon that I bought even though she set it up to be purchased up to 3 times. Bad business practice to make rules and then not honor them.
Marcela is a treasure I have been looking for. I found a Groupon and went to see her. Her Groupon price was $64 and I was TRULY surprised!!! Usually with Groupon you get just a taste of the service you buy after all it’s a heavily discounted price but nope. No add ins nothing extra. You can only use it once but that’s standard. I LOVE my hair and the care I received. She took time to see what I wanted and made it happen. She has earned a steady customer. I am so happy!!!!
I recently visited this salon with a Groupon deal for a haircut and highlights. I was happy with the haircut itself, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the highlights. Marcela did them very quickly, and I think because of that, the highlights look faded in certain sections of my hair.
