Extremely disappointed, every time it takes an hour to be here and was not able to get any consistent quality of haircut at this place, even after showing pictures of exact haircut I had before and just asked to replicate that. The lady has 0 care about actually making the haircut look good and just wanted to get it done as soon as possible. I was really disappointed in my haircut yesterday… The first time I had come here my haircut was not bad. Yesterday I came and a different lady cut my hair, and she messed up many areas. Many parts of my sides and back of hair are unevenly cut, for example a literal dent in the back of my hair where it was supposed to connect to the top. I am so happy with my experience at Colorbox Salon! I have very long hair and was nervous about finding someone who could maintain the length while giving it a fresh shape. Nancy was amazing—she gave me exactly what I asked for: a clean U-cut with face-framing layers. She was incredibly friendly and professional, and the price was very budget-friendly for this length. Highly recommend her!
