As a tenant of Colony with a small and growing business, I can say that the staff at Colony goes out of their way to make sure our needs our met. They also work hard to build a productive and enjoyable working atmosphere. Located right off highway 36 in Westminster, the space is affordable and the location is ideally located between Denver and points north.
Waffle Wednesdays are the best days! Only at Colony Workspace of course.
My experience with Colony Workspace is Excellent! I am not one to write reviews and so I hope you take this at it's best and true. The staff and amenities are top notch. I have rented from Colony Workspace twice in the last couple of years and I plan on again next year! Rent a space with confidence you'll be taken care of!
