I wish I could give this place zero stars my family lived here for two years there is roaches in all of the apartments they have an infestat and will do nothing to take care of it. They also do not fix anything that you need them to and if they do they will do a half assed job. Junk tires litter the property. Vehicles that haven't been moved in a year. All the laundry equipment on site are broken. Loud music, other than that 2 star rating

Before Jared came to Colony Woods the place was going down hill but since he has taken over he is making the place more liveable. I like living here and thanks to him I feel more comfortable. I hope he never leaves.

Parking lot looks like Pick-n-Pull . Broken washer and dryers. 6 months later laundry equipment still broken. Without working equipment it is difficult to control the bed bugs infestation! The interior structures are collapsing
