If I could give a zero rating if I could. We had issues from beginning until end with installation of custom Hunter Douglas blinds in our home. A problem I reported in June of 2017 has still not been fixed as of January 2018. Initial installation was done improperly and unprofessionally and damaged original blinds as well as their operation mechanisms.
