Used to be wonderful but as time went on it got noisier and noisier. We had several issues with neighbors who had people living there who weren't on the lease who made a ton of noise. There were parties at all hours, or kids running around so much it caused our apartment to shake and we lived next door. They weren't even above us and we could feel it. Management tried helpful but really didn't do much. The noise and earthquake feeling in our apartment so constant we decided to break our lease and move out.
